Bush's Tbilisis Speech
Maybe I am misinterpreting President George W. Bush’s speech that he gave in Tbilisi the capital of Georgia. President Vladimir Putin was already unhappy with Bush revisionist history of the former Soviet Union regarding the Baltic countries and greater Russia; he is really upset with Bush’s speech in Freedom Square in Tbilisi.
President Bush has an elementary disposition for speaking without having his thoughts fully in tack at times. I am not sure that his action is because lack of knowledge or incompetent advisors. We cannot afford to make miscalculations with these adversaries at such high levels. You do not want to awaken a sleepy bear ala Russia. What did this high profile trip accomplish?
