Tragedy In Gaza

As we watch live television images of the shock and horror that is ongoing in
Gaza. The images are reminisce of the “shock and awk” of the bombings of Baghdad, Iraq. And assessing all the other world’s crises, President-elect Barack Obama will inherit a world in peril.

What is ironic that the two so call true democracies: United States and Israel are part and partial of creating this dilemma for lack of foresight and leadership…and shown the most aggression recently. Can the next president solve these age old problems of the Middle East, Afghanistan and Iraq or fix the nation’s economic situation. We are expecting much from the next president. Nevertheless, President-elect Obama has the skills, intellect and vision to accomplish these task and many more if given the support and time of the American people and the goodwill of the people at-large. It can be done. It shall be done because the consequents of doing nothing are unacceptable.
