Albatross of Guantanamo

The rule of law is the keystone to President Obama administration. His policy to close Guantanamo should be a mirror for future administrations that follows. The rule of law means: We should work from the position of high moral ground that no man is above the law and all who come within its jurisdiction or control afforded all legal and civil liberties under our Constitution.
