Marriage Equality

Unfortunately, we have not reached the apex of equality or equal rights for all.  The U.S. Supreme Court will hear two cases this week: Proposition 8 and Defense of Marriage Act and both should be affirmed favorably to the parties with standing.  In my opinion, the reasons we have this concavity of old customs, cultures and traditions are probably do to the generation’s gap and sets of laws, us and them,  which is discriminatory and promote inequality.  We are all citizens, one nation under God with Blessing of Liberty and justice for all, and a Constitution that apply to all. Now is the time that the courts do the right thing.
