Strategy Or War Without End

Coalition of the willing:  ISIS or ISIL is a danger that need to be squeeze, attack and destroyed.  An international  coalition of gulf state Sunnis countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirate (the dilemma is the gulf states are supporters of ISIS) also Jordan, and especially Turkey.  Turkey has a 500 miles border  with  Syria.  They can establish a five miles military zone with check points along the entire border region.  A significant numbers of ISIS foreign fighters are entering Syria via these border-crossings.  People will be require to register with the local government for those who live within this military zone .  If they cannot show proof of residency within the zone.  Entry will be deny.

We can defeat and kill ISIS forces with a strong coalition of ground military forces and U.S. air power overtime, it must be deny its oxygen that keep it alive, but we cannot bring-forth a lasting PEACE in the Middle East.  This is more of a sectarian war which can only be resolve by them.  This is unlikely.
