Baltimore Burning...

"Here we go again" to quote the late formal President Ronald Regan.  Although the taken of blacks lives are questionable at least and goes unanswered in many of these encounters.  The optical question is:  Why?  Does blacks lives really matter?  This country, all sectors:  Government, educational institutions and the business communities, must join together and look at themselves through a mirror and face the realities that propel conflicts of this sore.  We know the conditions.  Baltimore is not the first or last city to burn.  There are other cities to suffer the same  fate.  A helpless black child born today are potential sparks of discontent and without addressing the root causes for generations to come.  The fundamental solutions are to ask the questions:  Why not?
