The Vanishing Snowman
Snowflakes falling from nature midnight sky
To a land below I do not know
With my eyes of coal and top hat in tow
My life is short is short so let it be
From the cold North winter night which I be
The chill nights breeze just for me
Endless starlight above all I see
As a Snowman my life depends on thee
Will I survive in nature is up to me
Should I go or melt away
It is my faith as the story unfold
All before me have gone before
Drifting upon the snow cover land I've
reach the sea to enchanted land.
The cold winds blow onward toward the open sea.
Where I go I do not know but there I hope to be
Birds of prey will show me the way to a land I do not see
The moonlight shine bright as stars twinkle in the night
The ray of sunlight shines rise high above
Will I survive another day as I melt more each day.
My top hat falls upon my nose with eyes of coal is a sight to see
Thinner now and so unfit
Will I see one more light of day
As I melt and fade away.
I am the vanishing Snowman...
