Philippines vs. USA Travel Restriction

 The US are allowing Filipinos to travel to the US beginning Nov 8.  Why the Philippines are NOT reciprocate in kind?  It is not fair to have freedom of travel YOU, but American's re prohibited.  The pandemic is just a red herring.  The government should look in the mirror at itself.  Your Covid-19 is internal as admitted by Concepcion.  How many Americans are in your hospitals and ICU beds...if at all?  Now the Chinese have free run of your country and the major source of illegal crimes.  Is this practice or politic?  Who is consider foreigner?  Don't say foreigners from China, North Korea or Timbuktu come on in; Americans are not...  The US has been your closet mutual friend since your independent.  In my opinion, personal animosity is factoring into you policies by certain leaders.  The power structure there have dug itself into a hole regarding this pandemic.  You lock families of 5 to 10 into a small two room house and expect to stop the spread. That's insane!  It is time to stop digging and save your country by opening it broader.  To many agencies in line of authority are making bad decisions.  Even he smallest of problems are approve by the president.  with inadequate  consultation and once the bad decision(s)is made it becomes polices and law.  It is past time too return to good governance.
