Bush: Abuse of Power

To impeach: "to accuse (a public official) before an appropriate tribunal of misconduct in office." (Source: Randon House College Dictionary).

President George W. Bush have abuse his powers as President of the United States and has met that standard of high crime and misdemeanorsors. The Foreign Intelligent Surveillance Act (FISA) law is clear. For some reason, the House of Representatives are refusing to notice the elephant in the room. No one wants to see our nation go through another impeachment of a sitting president; however, if we are to remain a beacon of democracy we have no choice. We are either a country of laws not men. No man is above the law.

Listening to the president speak over the last few days, he (by his own admission) have convicted himself of high crime and misdemeanorsors. If his action were not so transparent, it would be laughable to defend his action. Not one constitutional scholar have come forth in his defend. How do you measure "victory in Iraq?" Because of his foreign policy, our military men and women in uniform are dying; and, 30,000 or more Iraqi are dead some innocently. How many terrorist were kill?

In contrast to the trial of Suddam Hussein, who is a bad man all can agree! How can President Bush escape a trial of impeachment because they both apprears to be a victim of their own exuberance? As congressional hearing convene in 2006 and evident presented for articles of impleachment of George W. Bush. The chances are more likely if the democrates win either house. If we are to preserve our democracy, justice, and the rule of law then we must believe, that The Constitution of the United States is for all people.
