Haiti is a country of 9 million people a basket case, a fail state on the brink, un-functional government in needs of America and world support. If you want to see what mass destruction can be i.e. natural disasters or acts of war just look at Haiti? We can only hope that out of this natural disaster. Haiti will one day rise like a Phoenix.
