Did Obama Dither?

What should President Barack Obama do or should do in Libya? Let’s visit past American military history involvements in wars quoting the theme “dither” meaning: “to act irresolutely; vacillate.” Prior to and during World War II (1939-1945), Adolf Hitler and the Nazis had committed genocide against the Jewish people and many others ethnic groups in Europe. This was well rumor in the United States and the Roosevelt Administration yet they choose to turn a blind eye at that particular time. Since WWII we have had genocide committed by dictators in Cambodia, Bosnia, Rwanda and Darfur whiles the U.S. dither which brings us to Libya. In my sense, the U.S. has no clear defined mission in Libya once or if Kaddafi’s regime remove from power; who will replace him? Who are the rebel forces? A creditable opposition leader must come forward which is the devil you don’t know. Therefore, I ask against this question
