Philippines Green List

 I don't understand the logic for the "GREEN LIST."  The United States with 90% vaccinated according to your data and other countries are not welcome that provide you with aids.   You've pull up the welcome mate.  You are forcing Filipinos into deeper and deeper poverty.  You said, that the Philippines will open in "due time" to international travelers.  The reason why you've getting lots of inquiries because your press releases are so incoherent.  Your policies decisions are based on personality and not economic common sense.  Other countries surrounded you has open to international travelers.  Also you've seem to prefer China and Russia which do not have your interest.  Why are so many Chinees in your country?  They will swallow you up and spit you out.
