"The war on terrorism can not be won."
The 2004 presidential election can be a turning point in the history of the world. We need a leader who can do that. First, there were the World Trade Center Towers 9/11, the war in Afghanistan and Iraq, the Madrid train bombing, the planes hijacking and explosions, the massacre in Southern Russia and last but not least the embryonic of this terrorism is the Israel and Palatinians problem.
President Bush was right when he mis-spoke and said, "the war on terrorism can not be won." He's right. Terrorism is an ideology not a army. For the United States to defeat the reactionary threats of terrorism, it must take a look at it image around the world and change this image and behavior to bring about similar of peace and tranquility.
Developing nations with United States influence should aid and comfort the oppress people of Africa, Middle East, Asia, Southeast Asia and other undeveloped nations: share the wealth of nature resources, medicine, science and technology, etc. Maybe this is the best and just way to defeat the global war on terrorism.
